I threw this together (took way longer than I was expecting!) For Gallifrey One last weekend -- on display in the art room, I ended up donating it to the Charity Auction -- I'm still trying to find out how much it sold for, and who got it (for one thing, I never had the chance to photograph any of the custom pieces I made) -- anywho, what do you guys think? All of the images are stolen from somewhere or another, I'm not the BBC or Parker Brothers, so I know this is very quasi legal, but then again, doing fun stuff like this is what us fans are for, right?

Here is what some of the cards said, as per popular request:

repair K9, visit nearest enemy, if unowned, you may buy it.

slip through the time vortex to RUN, collect $200

you are summoned to Gallifrey, Wild Endeavor. Do stuff once you're there.

become 1 second out of sync with time and travel directly to the medusa cascade because of bees.

the rift pulls you 3 toward itself.

This board you've created has made it to Facebook and is currently making the rounds among the Whovian fans there. Buddy of mine posted it asking if it was real.

I can't help but think there's a simple way to make a print of this that's useable on an actual board for the game, though. ;)

I have a hi-rez version of the file on my computer, but I haven't made it publicly available, I don't want to get in any trouble with Parker Brothers. There is an official version, but... mine is better : )

Took me a few mintues to spot the Second Doctor down there! :D

I love this whole thing! I haven't seen the "official" version, but if it has less thought and coolness than this put into it, it's not worth it. ;P

Yeah, he's really hiding.

I *think* the official version is a little slap-dash, I don't actually know. Mine certainly has too much thought put into it. TOok me forever.

Yes. I think yours is much more logical. I noticed all of the official versions keep the corners the same, which is kind of lame. They need to do more than slap a few pictures on the board. Oh well, good job. I did a couple boards: [link] (Star Trek, based on an RPG I play) and this super version: [link]

I don't like it when they keep the corners the same, very slapdash.

So you monop too! This is the only one I've done, and will probably remain so, it's far to time consuming to turn into a proper hobby. Yours looks great!
